Bulan puasa and Hari Raya

Dah quite sometime since i last updated this blog. Bulan puasa ni things have been really-really slow, and i do mean really slow.

Nothing much happened in the office, even the boss took short naps during lunch hour. Proton, Perodua and the rest of the automotive industry took this Ramadhan slow and easy. I guess this the only month for them and me to really relax. I specifically told Japan that this month is going to be real slow and i have planned all the shipments and vessels to call at the end of the month. I dont want any problems during raya. The ports were very happy on this arrangement. I did alot of entertaining this bulan puasa, as usual Hotels all around town were offering their ramadhan buffet. It seems that the prices are going up every year. I wonder who can eat RM90 worth of food anyway?

Cant play much golf this bulan puasa, spent most of it at the driving range. Met a lot of "instructors" at the range. Some gave good tips some were not worth listening to. Regardless of all those "tips" my swing still tak perfect.

I'll be leaving for Kuching this Saturday (21st). This year its my wife's turn. Celebrating Raya is quite different than how we celebrate it here. I still prefer Raya here, what to do dah kawin dgn org from that other part of town. Guess just have to make the best of it.

Lepas Raya ni, life will be hectic semula. Will be heading to Singapore for a week or 2 for the annual PCC meeting. This year their doing it in Singapore, and all the big wigs from Tokyo will be attending. Still tak prepare lagi the reports for Malaysia side. This Raya cuti will be spent completing it. After Singapore will be flying of to Bangkok for a site visit and check out Laem Cha bang the "Detroit of the east"

Until next time, Selamat Hari Raya Maaf Zahair Batin.
